A Realtor since 1969 (taking over the family business started by Mark’s father “J J” in 1938), Mark Schwartz has closed millions of dollars of real estate transactions both as a Principal and Broker.  By his side since 1980, Ana Schwartz has extensive experience in the field of Title, Escrow, and Property Management.  Mark, a retired CPM (Certified Property Manager with IREM- The Institute of Real Estate Management- since 1979), has had extensive property management experience with Conventional, HUD, Senior Citizen, and Student housing.  In addition to being a Realtor, Certified Property Manager, and Licensed Contractor, Mark was trained and certified by the Federal Government in Housing Mediation Techniques, and was instrumental in resolving hundreds of tenant/landlord disputes in the State of California from 1983-1989.  Today the Schwartz family manages numerous quality homes, duplexes, 4-plexes and condominiums in the Lake of the Ozark area for long term rentals.

A builder and developer since 1975, Mark has built, rehabilitated, and remodeled thousands of housing & apartment units as well as office buildings, shopping centers,and single family & multi-family homes.  Mark has received numerous awards and praises from various communities for his revitalization efforts.

Mark is currently a Realtor and member of the Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors.

Mark, his wife Ana, and their two daughters Alexis and Melissa, relocated from Southern California to the Lake of the Ozarks area in 1993.
